The Year of Giving Up
In 2016 I am giving up.
Each pair of months will focus on giving up something different, allowing me to create new patterns and shift some of my habitual tenancies.
You can follow my daily adventures below or by following me on Snapchat (username: jimkastkeat). For any day that I fail to “give up” I will give up twitter for the following 24 hours. (For anyone who knows me me, you know that’s a big consequence and motivation!)
